The inception of PTET YSF originated from the success of the PTET Youth Science Symposium 2015 held on Monday, 26th January 2015.
This was later to become an annual event, being held again in January 2016, as covered in this exclusive interview by the Brunei Times with Mr Bryan David Haysum, Head of Science, PTET. The Brunei Press, including the English-medium Borneo Bulletin and Malay-medium Media Permata covered the second symposium extensively.
Associate Professor Dr David John Marshall, Dr James Robert Dennings and Dr Muhammad Hilni Harun Sani, all from Faculty of Science, UBD helped to adjudicate the afternoon’s proceedings.
Thanks to the media team led by Joshua Chong (PTET 2015/2016), the videos from the second symposium are available on our YouTube channel.
